Split Spaces by the job
When you create a Space, give it a clear name and an optional description. The Space list can be searched. Open a Space for one complete job, such as one body of knowledge, one research inquiry, or one email flow. Delete a Space you no longer use, after you confirm its files and data are not needed.
Official Spaces and Spaces assembled from a template are marked in the list, so you can tell them from Spaces you started yourself.
Manage sessions inside one Space
After you enter a Space, select an existing session, start a new chat, or create a new task. A session can be renamed or archived. History takes you back to an earlier request. Keep one session to one change, and check the result in the render view.
Archiving a session does not remove the Space. The interface, data, and files remain. Archive removes that conversation from the active list, not the workspace.
Save a stable Space as a template
When a Space’s structure can be reused for the same kind of work, save it as a template. Before publishing, enter the Chinese and English names and descriptions, and decide whether to include business data and whether to include Skill environment values. Remove anything you should not share before you include data.
A template is a starting point. Each Space loaded from it can still be changed on its own.
FAQ
When there are too many sessions, do I create a Space or a task?
If the subject of the work changed, create a Space. If it is a new request inside the same Space, create a task or a new chat.
Does deleting a Space delete its template?
To be added: whether a published template remains after the Space is deleted. Saving as a template is a separate publish action. Confirm the template published successfully before you delete the Space.
Can I rename a Space?
Yes. Updating the name does not change the data and files inside it.
Next step
Split two jobs that are currently mixed into two Spaces, keep one active session in each, and confirm in the render view that the material is separate.
