What the account shows
Credit records include:
- Subscription credits, and the next reset time. An annual subscription grants credits monthly.
- Top-up credits, and the earliest expiry time.
- The registration grant.
- A usage ledger with the Space name, model name, session, credits used, balance after the change, and update time.
When there is no record, the list is empty. The ledger shows usage that already happened. It does not rewrite that history.
When credits are used
Credits are used to call AI. If a model is marked member-only, you need a membership before you can select it. To be added: how many credits one call deducts, whether models differ, and whether a failed or concurrent call is deducted. Use the ledger and the current product statement. This guide does not estimate a number.
How this differs from the pricing page
The pricing page lists plans and credit products and completes the purchase. Go there when you have checked the balance and still need to buy. Stay in the account ledger when you want to see which Space and which session used credits.
After a subscription is canceled, a plan reset no longer grants credits. Whether to cancel depends on the subscription status and the confirmation shown on the billing page.
FAQ
Does the app have a separate credit balance from the website?
No. Plans, credits, and app sign-in belong to the same Sigla account.
Why can’t I select a model?
If the model says it is member-only, open a membership first. For any other reason, read the message shown at the time. This guide does not list every model name.
Are top-ups always for sale?
When the account shows a top-up product, you can buy it from that screen. To be added: if the available range differs from the pricing page, use the products shown on the pricing page at that time.
Next step
Open the credit records, check the remaining balance and the latest ledger line, and go to pricing only if you need to buy more.
