One place for one body of content
Create a workspace for a column, a client, or a series. Do not mix unrelated pieces in the same workspace. Start blank and say where topics live, how source material should be viewed, and what a finished draft looks like. If a content template is close, load it and keep only the parts you will use.
Bring the source material in before drafting
Source material can be notes and files you give AI, or a page open in the built-in browser. Ask AI to write the points worth citing into the workspace, then draft from those points. Read topics and drafts in the render view. Check files and data in dev mode so the draft is not left only in the session.
When you want a change, name the passage and the reason. AI edits the existing draft, and you read it again in the render view.
Use a task for a repeating pass
When a column needs material gathered or a draft started on a cycle, create a scheduled task and choose an agent session. The prompt should say which part of the workspace to read, where to write the output, and which items stay unfinished until you confirm them.
This guide does not state readership, publishing frequency, or audience growth. Those numbers come only from your own records.
FAQ
Does this replace a publishing tool?
No. It keeps topics, sources, and drafts. Publishing stays in the channel you already use; copy or export the checked draft there.
How do multiple authors use it?
The current guide does not describe shared accounts or permissions. Separate series into different workspaces under the same account.
How is this different from deep research?
A research workspace keeps sources and evidence. A content workspace keeps the piece you will deliver. When a conclusion should enter a draft, take the part you have already checked in the research workspace.
Next step
Create a workspace for a series you are writing, add the topics and a first batch of source material, ask AI for a first draft, and revise it in the render view until you can continue from it.
