1. Service content

1.1 Our products and services include the products and services we provide to you in the form of client applications (which may contain different versions), applets, software development kits (SDKs) for third-party websites and applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and innovative forms that emerge with the development of technology, including but not limited to platforms with generative artificial intelligence services as the core function and other functions (hereinafter referred to as "Sigla" or "the Service").

1.2 The generative artificial intelligence products and services we provide are based on the Sigla large language model. This model is based on a deep neural network algorithm and is developed through stages of large-scale self-supervised learning pre-training and targeted optimization training. The model can predict the next word unit by encoding and calculating input information (including text, pictures, files, etc.), thus having the capabilities of text generation and dialogue. Specific to Sigla product services, the model is based on user input information (hereinafter referred to as "input"), and outputs corresponding content as a response (hereinafter referred to as "output", "generated content") through computational reasoning, including text, tables, codes, etc. Users can evaluate the output, including likes and other actions, to provide feedback on users’ opinions on Sigla’s output information.

1.3 With the continuous iterative development of generative artificial intelligence technology, models and products and changes in laws and regulations, we may add, upgrade, change, suspend or terminate services, or make necessary adjustments to service technology, methods, performance, etc., and may conduct internal or external testing of new service functions.

1.4 We will take necessary measures that are no less than industry practice to ensure the network security and stable operation of the platform, and strive to upgrade and improve technology to ensure your product and service experience.
